Our Solution

SharePoint Online was been chosen as the basis for the new system’s design and development by CIRRUS SOFT. A user or an organization can be one of the multiple entities that make up a system. Admin can create an unlimited number of entities (e.g., users or organizations) and save their information as well as vital documents in the system. Documents can be organized as per categories and subcategories.

A user can send emails with a link to confidential material. Each document has meta-data associated with it, and reports are generated for specific roles of users. Thousands of records can be included in a document report. The report’s meta-data visibility is determined by the user’s role. Under reports, there is also an export option for better functioning.
