Microsoft 365 Copilot only shows people what they can already open. Before you switch it on, we fix permissions and tidy content so Copilot only surfaces what each person is genuinely allowed to see.
A free, no-obligation 30-minute call on Microsoft Teams. We look at your situation with you and agree the single highest-value first step. If you want our help with it, you get a clear, fixed quote.
We audit and score access across SharePoint with GovernPoint, our own Copilot-readiness analyzer, so you can see the riskiest sites first.
Everyone-except-external-users grants, organisation-wide and anyone links, public teams holding private work and guests who never left.
Stale and duplicated content is cleaned up so Copilot works from what is current.
Microsoft 365 Copilot licences also unlock SharePoint Advanced Management tools such as Restricted Content Discovery and site access reviews. We help you put them to work.
GovernPoint gives site owners a simplified view with step-by-step fixes for their own sites.
Re-check after the clean-up and follow the 30, 60 and 90-day trend, because sharing creeps back.
Where one of our own SharePoint apps is the quickest fix, we use it. We know it inside out, because we wrote it.
No. GovernPoint, the analyzer we use, does not need a Copilot licence to run, so you can check where you stand before you buy or switch anything on.
GovernPoint runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. We work in your environment with the access you choose to give.
