A voice agent is an AI that talks on the phone. It can answer calls, take bookings and pass the caller or a summary to your team.
Outbound calls go only to people who have opted in. UK PECR requires prior consent for AI voice marketing calls, so we do not offer AI cold calling. If you want an agent to ring your own contacts, we first look at how each person gave consent.
You choose the voice and tone, including UK English voices. We advise telling callers at the start that they are speaking to an AI, and telling them if the call is recorded.

Can an AI voice agent book appointments?
Yes, a voice agent can take a booking during a call if it is connected to your calendar or booking system. Anything unusual goes to your team.
Is an AI voice agent legal under PECR and UK GDPR?
It can be, but it depends on how you use it. AI voice marketing calls need prior consent under UK PECR, so we only build outbound calling to people who opted in. We discuss UK GDPR and recording notices with you.
Will callers know it is an AI?
Yes, we recommend the agent says it is an AI at the start of each call, so people can ask for a person straight away.
Should I buy an off-the-shelf chatbot or have one built?
