About ExpiryPoint

ExpiryPoint gives every SharePoint document a review date and a named reviewer. When a document comes due, its reviewer decides in seconds: Still current, Request update or Mark for retirement. Reviewing never changes the document. It runs inside your Microsoft 365, with each person's own SharePoint permissions.

After payment you paste the site address, and your licence key is issued straight away.

ExpiryPoint is a SharePoint app made by APPS 365 LTD, a London software company (Companies House 13955007). It gives every document a review date and a named reviewer, so the people who own your policies, procedures and guides keep them current, and it helps evidence periodic review with a full audit trail.

  • Site: one SharePoint site, £199 a year.
  • Site Collection: one site collection and every site in it, £599 a year.
  • Tenant: every site in your Microsoft 365 tenant, up to 1,000 users, £1,499 a year.
  • Tenant Plus: every site in your Microsoft 365 tenant, over 1,000 users, £2,950 a year.

Every plan unlocks reviews, rules, reminders, approvals, the dashboard, reports and the audit trail.
