QR Studio plan. Scan a QR code, send files straight to SharePoint.
Put a QR code on a wall, a letter or a label. Anyone who scans it can answer a few questions and send photos and files, which land in your SharePoint library with the answers in its columns.
Start from site photos, defect reports, event photos, new starter documents or evidence from residents, with a live picture of the upload page.
Questions write to text, choice, date, number and yes or no columns, and fixed values such as a project are set for people.
Set file types, sizes and counts, an end date and an upload cap. Files that break the rules go to a _Quarantine folder.
A Review tab with thumbnails and answers, and Approve or Reject, before uploads reach the folder.
Send links to named people with their details filled in, a due date and reminders, and see who has sent their files.
Print posters and table tents, and design any QR code: colours, shapes, logos, frames, dynamic codes with scan counts and bulk codes.
The QR codes only plan of QR Code Drop for SharePoint. Design codes in the SharePoint web part with your colours, logo, frames and saved brand styles, download print sizes as PNG, SVG, PDF or JPG, make codes in bulk from a list or CSV file, and run up to 100 dynamic codes you can point somewhere new after printing, with scan counts. It has no drop points: for photo and file uploads choose Site, Team or Tenant, which include QR Studio.
After payment you paste your SharePoint address or tenant ID, and your licence key is issued straight away.
QR Code Drop for SharePoint is a SharePoint web part made by APPS 365 LTD, a London software company (Companies House 13955007). Staff make a drop point: a folder, the questions to ask and the values to fill in. They print its QR code. Anyone scans it with a phone and sends photos and files, with no sign-in, and they land in that folder with the answers in your library columns. Files go straight to your SharePoint and are never stored by us.
