Microsoft 365 Solutions

A Power Apps development company for UK businesses on Microsoft 365

Swap spreadsheets and paper forms for business apps connected to SharePoint and Teams, built around your process.

In short

Power Apps is Microsoft's low-code tool for building business apps, such as inspection forms, request trackers and approvals, on data held in SharePoint, Teams or Dataverse. APPS 365, a UK publisher of Microsoft 365 apps, designs, builds and hands over these apps, with a written fixed quote before work starts.

When a Power App is the right fix

It usually starts with a process that has outgrown its spreadsheet.

Inspections, requests and approvals live in spreadsheets, on paper and in email.

One app holds the form, the rules and the record, on a phone or a desktop.

An app someone built is hard to change, and only they understand it.

We use clear naming and written notes, so more than one person can look after it.

Nobody is sure what the licences will come to.

We design with licensing in mind and flag which licences the design needs before you commit.

What you get from a Power Apps build

Connected to what you use

Apps can read and write SharePoint lists, run as a tab in Teams, and use Dataverse for more structured data.

Shaped by the real job

Screens follow the way your people do the work, including the awkward exceptions.

Access under your control

Who can open the app and what they can see follow your Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions.

A handover you can live with

You get the app, written notes and guidance for whoever owns it.

What a typical build includes

Your written quote sets out the exact scope. Most builds cover:

  • A plain description of what the app must do
  • Screen and data design, including where the data should live
  • The build in Power Apps, with Power Automate flows where needed
  • Connections to SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse or other agreed systems
  • Handover notes and guidance for your app owner

Power Apps or a custom app?

Power Apps has real limits, and we also write custom software, so we have no reason to force it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Power Apps app cost to build?

It is priced after a free call, with a written fixed quote before work starts, because the cost depends on the screens, connections and rules involved. Microsoft licences are separate.

Power Apps licensing: per app or per user?

Microsoft has offered both, and the right one depends on how many apps each person needs, so check Microsoft's Power Apps pricing page for today's options. Many Microsoft 365 plans cover apps using standard connectors such as SharePoint. Premium connectors and Dataverse usually need a paid licence.

Should we use Power Apps or custom software?

Use Power Apps when your users have Microsoft 365 accounts and the app is mainly forms, lists and approvals. Choose custom software for public-facing products, unusual interfaces or work likely to outgrow Microsoft's limits. We build both, so ask us on the call.

How long does it take to build a Power App?

The timetable is agreed in your written quote, because it depends on the size of the app and the systems it connects to.

Can Power Apps work with SharePoint lists?

Yes, SharePoint lists are a common data source for Power Apps, and an app can also replace a list's standard form. Dataverse is often a better home for larger or more complex data, though it needs premium licensing.
