About HTMLPoint

HTMLPoint builds, checks and manages live data pages for SharePoint HTML pages, with no Copilot licence needed for authors. It also finds pages made by Copilot and shows where their data comes from and who can read it.

After payment you enter any SharePoint address or your tenant ID, and your licence key is issued straight away.

HTMLPoint is a SharePoint and Microsoft Teams app made by APPS 365 LTD, a London software company (Companies House 13955007). It helps people build, check and manage SharePoint HTML pages that show live data from lists, CSV files and Excel workbooks.

  • Build: pick a list or file, choose columns and a template, and create a themed page with charts, filters and tables as a draft in one click. No Copilot licence is needed.
  • Check: see why a page renders blank, with plain-English findings and fixes you review before saving.
  • Access: see who can read each data source, and flag sources shared more widely than the page, or data copied into a page.
  • Copilot audit: find pages made by Copilot or a Microsoft agent, with the evidence shown for each page, and switch copied rows to live data.
  • Manage: scan the sites you can open, see which pages use a list or file, reuse approved company templates, and give people a gallery of live dashboards.

One licence covers your whole Microsoft 365 tenant. Plans differ only by the number of people in your organisation, and every plan includes every feature:

  • Starter: up to 100 people, £295 a year.
  • Business: up to 300 people, £595 a year.
  • Tenant: up to 1,000 people, £1,495 a year.
  • Tenant Plus: any number of people, £2,950 a year.

Education organisations and charities get 30 percent off: contact us.

Every new HTMLPoint set-up includes a 14-day evaluation of every feature, with no key and no card. After it, the app is read-only until a licence is added. Pages you have published keep working.

Your data stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant. HTMLPoint asks for no Microsoft Graph permission and sends a daily licence check-in with no page content, which a site owner can switch off.
