About OnboardPoint

OnboardPoint runs joiner, mover and leaver journeys for Microsoft 365, in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams: one record per person creates dated work for HR, IT, facilities, payroll, managers and buddies, evidence is kept as it happens, and AI agents, each with a named sponsor, are suggested on every step. Your onboarding records stay in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

After payment you enter any SharePoint address or your tenant ID, and your licence key is issued straight away.

OnboardPoint is a SharePoint and Microsoft Teams app made by APPS 365 LTD, a London software company (Companies House 13955007). It runs joiner, mover and leaver journeys for Microsoft 365: one record per person creates dated work for HR, IT, facilities, payroll, the manager and a buddy, in one queue across every journey. New starters get a welcome home in Microsoft Teams, on desktop and phone, and see only their own items.

• Joiners: from offer accepted to the end of probation, with forms, policy reading and a first-day plan.
• Movers: what changes, the access to remove and a handover for the old role.
• Leavers: a last-day gate, an access closure checklist, equipment return and a knowledge handover step.
• Pre-start portal: HR sends a private link so a starter can fill in forms, upload documents and acknowledge policies before they have a Microsoft 365 account.
• Evidence: acknowledgements are tied to the exact version of a document, with a SHA-256 fingerprint, the signer's typed name and SharePoint's own time. Right to work and DBS checks are recorded and organised; the checks themselves are done by you or a certified provider.
• AI agents with sponsors: register the AI agents your organisation uses, each with a named sponsor, skills and a lifecycle. On every step, Find an agent suggests agents that can help with that task. Only a person can complete a step, and agents are never counted as people.

One licence covers your whole Microsoft 365 tenant. Plans differ only by the number of people in your organisation, and every plan includes every feature:

• Starter: up to 100 people, £395 a year.
• Business: up to 300 people, £795 a year.
• Tenant: up to 1,000 people, £1,495 a year.
• Tenant Plus: any number of people, with priority support, £2,950 a year.

Count your organisation's people once: employees, workers, contractors and volunteers you onboard. HR staff, managers, approvers and buddies using OnboardPoint are not counted again, journeys are unlimited, and AI agents are never counted. Every new OnboardPoint site includes a 14-day evaluation of every feature, with no key, counted from set-up: a SharePoint administrator deploys the package, a site owner runs set-up, and the evaluation starts by itself. When it ends without a licence key, records and evidence stay readable and leavers' access closure tasks can still be completed; new journeys pause until a key is added.

OnboardPoint sends a daily licence check-in with no names or records, which a site owner can switch off, and the optional pre-start portal passes starters' forms through onboardpoint.com. Security and permissions.
